User Commitment
The user undertakes to make proper use of the content and information that The Crawler offers on the website and, by way of example but not limitation:

- Not to disseminate propaganda or content of a racist, xenophobic, gambling or betting nature, any type of illegal pornography, apology for terrorism or against human rights;
- Not to cause damage to the physical (hardware) and logical (software) systems of The Crawler, its suppliers or third parties, to introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other hardware or software systems capable of causing the aforementioned damage.
Data collected by the company
In accordance with the provisions of the LGPD, The Crawler places itself in the position of Controller of the Personal Data collected, being responsible for making decisions regarding the processing of Personal Data of its Users. When registration is necessary, the following data from the legal entity are collected:
Legal Entity Data:
- corporate name;
- trade name;
- private law legal entity/public law legal entity;
- CNPJ;
- complete headquarters address.
Natural Person and/or Legal Entity Representative Data:
- full name;
- nationality;
- marital status;
- profession and/or position in the company;
- identification document;
- contact phone;
- contact email.
The aforementioned Personal Data are collected for the purpose of identifying the User.
It is important to inform that the Personal Data listed above are processed, only and solely, for the purpose of identifying the user and optimizing their experience with the use of the application. The reason for registration is the legal hypothesis of Contract execution, that is, the Company can only execute the contracted Services if the User performs the User Registration. The Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data mentioned in this Policy will be processed during the execution of the Services offered by the Company. After the termination of the Services, for any reason, the Personal Data will remain stored by the Company for a period of up to 03 (three) years. This period takes into account the statute of limitations provided for in item V of § 3 of Article 206 of the Civil Code. Therefore, the retention of Personal Data for such period, even after the end of the processing period by the Company, observes the hypothesis provided for in item I of Article 16 of the LGPD. After said period, the Company will delete the User's Personal Data from its repository.
How does the company store personal data?
The company stores personal data securely, using commercially acceptable means to prevent loss, theft and unauthorized access. Data is kept on protected servers and only for as long as necessary to provide the contracted services or as required by law.
Can the company perform automated processing?
Yes, the company may perform automated processing of personal data to optimize user experience, improve our services and provide personalized analytics. This processing is carried out in accordance with the LGPD and always with the aim of improving the provision of contracted services.
How does the company ensure information security?

User rights as holder of personal data
As provided for in Article 18 of the LGPD, the User is guaranteed, at any time, by requesting the company via email contact@thecrawler.ai, to request:
- confirmation of the existence of processing of personal data;
- access to personal data that the company processes;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or data processed in non-compliance with the LGPD;
- portability of data to another provider;
- deletion of personal data processed with the user's consent, except in the cases provided for in Article 16 of the LGPD;
- information on public and private entities with which the company has shared data;
- information about the possibility of not providing consent and about negative consequences;
- revocation of consent, when applicable.
If the User wants to have confirmation of existence or access to their personal data, the company will provide it within 10 (ten) business days, counted from the date of the user's request, respecting commercial and industrial secrets.

Any changes to this privacy policy will be communicated through the platform or email with specific emphasis on the content of the changes, as provided for in § 6 of Article 8 of the LGPD.
